The Bridegroom and I.

The inspiration for this book came from a book written years ago now by Hannah Hurnard, entitled Hind's feet on high places. This book resonated a great deal with me, but the information I have used is entirely my own life's story. Just like the little shepherdess named Much Afraid, I adored the Great Shepherd. But I felt I had so much wrong with me - how could I ever make it? But I found over time, that things changed. As I set me mind on him, everything changed. And just like Much Afraid, I found that my life was transformed. My Great Shepherd became The Bridegroom. And as for me? I had become part of His bride, who He loved, and died to redeem. His love changed me. Jesus is first called the Bridegroom by John the Baptist. And He gave us the parable of the wedding banquet. All He asks is that we trust Him, and He will do His work. And be ready.
